I signed up with TLC last month, not so much to become a consultant, but to get a great crop bag, with product in it at an incredible price. By doing that I now am an Independent Consultant (by default), but I also get to order TLC products at 25-50% off retail. The products center around easy page layouts. They have lots of kits, etc-so they have taken the guess work out of it! For me, that is a big time saver.

I did not post here to advertise-though it sounds like it. I just wanted to let you all know about TLC's products. smileys/smiley4.gif

I'm about to join CTMH, just to get the discount. I like the stuff so much, I may do a few open houses, and even a gathering. I'm totally not the sales type, so we'll see. But I'm really excited about it.

Every company is different. TLC is flexible in that there is no pressure to buy, or sell. I joined because I had other ideas of "crafty" things to make, and TLC allows you as an IC to sell things you make using their products. I haven't decided what direction I'm going to take this, but I'm not much of the "party person", and there are alot of ways around that with this company. It is important to really like the product though, because even if you are not the selling type, if you use the products, and love them then just spread the word and steer them in your direction!smileys/smiley2.gif
