Hi!

Okay here is my question. My business builder Leesa is a salon owner. I think she will do very well selling products in her salon. She also has already set up some one on one appts. needless to say I think she will move up in Arbonne quickly! smileys/smiley1.gif

I have this feeling that she will move up faster thanme. Lets say she gets to Area but I am still a district manager because i just couldnt get the numbers i needed. Will i still get paid from her even though she is ahead of me? I know i can no longer use her volume to help me remain at district but was wondering if id still make money off of her... make sense??

That's a good question.

If someone you sign up makes district before you
do, do you still make money off them?

This is what I thought as well. It read that way to me and I was sure my AM explained it that way.Edited by: Kiana's Mom

As an Arbonne Consultant, you make 4% override on the Consultants you personally sponsor.

Once you become a District Manager, that 4% is “erased” ... it is replaced by the 8% which is paid on your entire District. Remember, you are part of your District so the 8% commission is also paid on your personal sales!

This is the only thing I found online. I know I had something else, perhapsfrom my upline. I'll keep looking.

Well if it says you make 4% on personally sponsored consultants then it shouldn't matter what level your consultant is at. Thats what i think.

I just emailed my NVP so i will let you know what she says.

i think so but im just asking if i still get paid from her even if she is ahead of me. like her being area, me being district, or her being district and me being a consultant. im not worried about volume.

No

??? You ALWAYS get PAID on your downline! Michele, if it wasn't that way- then what would be the point????smileys/smiley5.gif

Is she Retailing the product? or is she looking for Business Builders and building a team? There's only so much she can retail in a month and it'll be hard for her to reach AM or higher just by retailing, IMHO. She'll have to get BB's to reach the quotas. If she is looking for BB's, then try to stay a step ahead of her, just more reason to "work it"!smileys/smiley36.gif

I just understand it as this. If they promote before you that puts them in the higher up positing like a manager.
