No clue - I am technically lost with everything. But when I was doing it, my computer saved them to another temp folder when I thought it was burning to the CD. I actually had to search for them, find them and then click on it to write to CD. Then I saw that there was a tiny icon on the bottom that looked like a CD. This may not be your problem but I thought I would try to help.

Amber, I don't know if this will help or not but I was reading about the CD's and it says after you download the CD there are still two other crucial files that have to be downloaded also and they will email you the link for those. Its says you have to save those files to a folder and then you can burn copies from those folders as many as you want. Maybe you didn't get the link yet for the crucial files. I'm not sure about this cause I didn't get mine yet but when I read that I thought it might help you. Good luck!

hi, email john at john@miabella.ca (john@miabella.ca)

he will help you. Also, when you transfered the files to copy to disk, you HAVE to copy the individual files over and not just the whole "folder", that is something John said would def not make the presentation work.

Have you figured out how to copy your CD yet? I have had the same problem. I even ordered a $30.00 program to burn it and same thing nothing. I have sent my MB cd and blanks to someone else to see if she can do it. I did notice when I first played my cd that all throughout the cd that it skipped.
