Well that's good to know. I'm glad someone is getting their products. I have been waiting since 8/30. lol.

They were all samples & business aids but I was thrilled just the same. I think it is a good sign that the shipping issues are being taken care of.
Have you called about your order? My initial order got caught up in the system and it took several calls to get it taken care of. I had to ask the person on the phone to speak with someone the next level up. Jeremy was the guy's name that finally made it all happen and was very helpful.

oh yes i have called them twice. the first time i was told that one of the items would be shipped this week. ok, so i called again yesterday and that particular item is not schedule to come in until the 25th so she apoligized for the person's mistake. my second item is not in at all and so they don't know when it will be shipped.

I ordered last Thursday and got my order on Wednesday which was great I was out of catalogs.. and I order holiday stuff for a holiday presentation I am helping one of my girls do.. It is getting better. I know people still waiting on something from July.. another Aug.. So it is getting better but they are still catching up.. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley32.gifAlso get the name of the people you talk to so they know who is messing up on what they tell people. That way they can make it better.. teach people more since we have a lot of new people working at Arbonne's offices now.
