I'd like to get your feedback on an idea I have. I'm doing mini-Spa Escapes at my son's school - six thirty-minute sessions for 6 teachers each. My goal is sales and recruiting. I do NOT want a bunch of hostess leads because I do not have the time this summerto follow up and hold them. My 2 recruits that want to work the business live 40 minutes away.
My idea is to explain at the end of the sessions about our full Spa Escapes in homes and also to explain that I'm looking for a teacher at the school who wants to work part-time to conduct the spas and that we will provide the training (BeautiU).
For those of you who have done Teacher's spas, what do you think will work to reach my goals?
BTW, booking this took persistence. I sent my original solicitation via email months ago. The principal first emailed me back no because they are too busy for them. I called her back 3 weeks ago to encourage her to do them the week after school was out because that's what other schools are doing. It then took another email and two more phone messages to finally get it booked. Principals and teachers are really busy!

I am a teacher and this time of year is absolutely crazy for anyone in a school. At the end of the year we are in "survival" mode and thinking of the million things we need to accomplish before we can leave for the summer. I personally don't think it would be easy to recruit many this time of year (but, it always depends on your crowd!). I would put the bug in their ear, but don't be surprised if they don't jump at it. Best of luck to you!
