Vitamin C in the RE9 will fade...eventually... IF they are also diligent in using
an SPF 30 daily... and stay out of the sun for the rest of their lives...which is
impractcal, I know, but the fact is that UV radiation causes this condition,
and must be eliminated in addition to fading what is there now.

The simple answer is RE9 + SPF 30 physical sunblock (zinc or titanium
dioxide in some fom)

You can also spot treat the sun spots using the eye cream because of the Koljac(sp?) acid that is in it.
