Hi there fellow DIQers!
Amazingly I am in Month 4! Not sure how it all happened, but my team is cranking! However - now the stakes are higher and I am not sure how things will pan out - but I am trying!
Here's the questions - now I see another requirement for minimum ordering consultants both personal and unit...
I am thinking that I should recommend ladies that sign on to order favorites outsie the spa case - regardless of whether they qualify for the 55%, they can still get at least 25%... This way they will count as an ordering consultant...
Certainly my goal is to qualify - but it isn't always a client's first choice ....What do you all think?.... Certainly the ordering opportunity is always available - but at sign-up I feel like I have more control on the timing... What do you think?!?!?!

anyone who's reached director status or gotten to month 4 in DIQ - do you understand my above question? I know I may not have explained it well - but I've heard that many DIQs will reach sales and recruit goals - but not make director due to the fact of not reaching the minimum ordering consultant number. 20 for personal and 45 for unit....
What ways did you use to secure these threshholds?

I'm bumping this up because I too now am in month 4 DIQ and am trying to come up with ideas on how to meet these requirements.
I've come up with offering incentives after-the-fact, or
perhaps placing $100 from the Spa orders through new consultant,
and, that's about it...I'd be interested to learn more from anyone that has actually been at this point and what they have to offer.

One thing I have heard about is offering some kind of reward for sales. Like offer a charm or prize for anyone ordering at least $300 in a month (or whatever amount you pick).
