Thanks! smileys/smiley36.gif

I've get a lot of requests for help from people (improving their biz and helping them find a biz/get started), and am just trying to figure out how I can best help everyone.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my company. My upline (Yeah, Patti!) and fellow teammates give me lots and lots of help. Also, BYB has great training materials and a corporate training call every week.

I really feel like I'm getting everything I need. Although, I imagine if I weren't on such a great team, I'd probably be willing to pay a small fee for either online counseling or a face-to-face conference.

I agree. My company is awesome as well.

But I do know there are those out there who don't get the training they need. We are very lucky.

My company has so much training I don't feel the need to look anywhere else. My upline is sooo supportive. I can contact anyone all the way to my top NVP and she is there to answer and even come to my stuff and help. I love it.. I feel bad for those who don't.

I didn't vote because I couldn't pick 2 of the choices. :) My
upline and company are fabulous, however I have also read a couple
books (build it big, your first year in network marketing, talking your
business up up and away) that I highly reccommend, so books/online
forums/etc are a good option too.

I just returned from another fantastic session with our VP of Sales. I just love that we have access to such fantastic training opportunities so many times throughout the year!

I came back from a full day of professional training with BeautiControl (actually, it's part of the kit price we pay & VERY beneficial). Also, we have such great groups (plus our BC forum here) that share files, info, tips, etc. Awesome company support!

I LOVE my company and my upline! The trainings are every week and my sponsor and I are great friends now because I've called her with so many questions.smileys/smiley9.gif If I can't get her, I have lots of other ladies in my "family" to call. It's incredible and I feel so blessed to have such an awesome support network!

I do have something to compare to, too. With my last company, my sponsor was great, but she lived in another state and there weren't any trainings in my state much less my city. Comparing is like night and day. I have so much more confidence now due to all the trainings and support. smileys/smiley20.gif

I agree with Gina! BeautiControl has great tools to get new consultants feel comfortable and confident about doing spa escapes. My Director is great at keeping us up to date with all the latest information. We have a conference call once a week to keep everyone on track. This is a truly awesome Company!
