I have a client/recruit that the Platinum is drying her out too much and also just finding out that she has always had sensitive skin. What do you suggest?

Thanks for the help!

Wow, I'm surprised because I thought the Platinum line supplied more moisture than the others. I would suggest the Skin Equations line if she has sensitive skin and maybe the extra duty?moisture platinum moisturizer. Sometimes it takes some tweaking to get the perfect skin care regimen. Good luck!

How long has she been using it? I would bump her up to the Platinum Extra Duty Moisturizer and possibly the Skin Equations line.

What is she experiencing that she says she has sensitive skin?

If she can tolerate it I would recommend Cell PM. I really don't think of my skin as sensitive, but I have roscea. I put it on and it kind of has a mild tingling action for a moment, but it is very moisterizing.

I would also recommend adding the Heavy Duty Platinum Moisture as a night time moisturizer. I have very dry skin, especially in the winter and I love this stuff! It smells like blueberrieshttp://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif!

One of my consultants is a flight attendant and she has very dry skin from flying so much. She tried the Platinum originally and but it was too drying for her. When she went to BeautiU, she asked the trainer what she recommended so that she could place her order, and the trainer said pretty much what you ladies ar suggesting. Start her off with the Skin Equations and Platinum Heavy Duty Moisturizer. Once she finishes that, she may be able to move into the Platinum line.

I gave the Platinum minis to a client who currently uses Mary Kay and has very dry African American skin. She didn't like the Platinum minis - said they were drying. Any ideas? This is the first time I've had someone say they liked Mary Kay better so I'm really baffled.
