Who pays for this? Should I just cover it or take it out of the profits of the organization? They will be dropshipped with my info on them. (I confirmed with corporate.)

I add the est./average shipping ($1/jar) into the price for each jar on both the end consumer price and the amount the org owes you. This way the customer pays for the shipping.
Don't know what others do, but I HTH.
