Hi everyone,

I recently had this issue come up and I wasn't sure how to address it.

I had a party earlier this month and one of the guests signed up to buy at wholesale, I gave everyone a sheet about being a consultant to buy at wholesale. In it I outlineall the deals they get, 100 for 20's, rsvp's, etc. When I was sitting with her to do the order she knew she wanted to sign up to get the discount and order the RE9 set, so I told her she can also get 100 for 20 and the PWP, but I failed to mention the RSVP, knowing it was on the sheet she had. She ended up getting the RE9 and !00 for 20, but she recently sent an e-mail saying she was not happy with the fact that she wasn't offereda RSVP.

What can I do now to make things right with her. She knows she can do her rsvp this month or next, but she doesn't want to spend alot more money.

Thanks in advance for all of you help,

I don't know how well you know this person, but there are some options, depending on what you want to do or spend. I know that I personally have split an RSVP with a couple of my w/s buyers because they didn't need $700 worthand that way I got some things that I needed for 1/2 price also. You could also offer to do a party for her with her friends(and maybe even invite some of your own that you think would purchase) and then she can get the $100/20 host special and any other specials offered, depending on the size of her order, maybe even use her RSVP for the party orders. hth

Can someone please explain what an RSVP is exactly?
