This is a vent, I won an auction thethird wk of April for some stemware (not real item but similar), paid within one day via paypal, ins and priority shipping. She acknowledges my pymt and tells me item willbe shipped rightaway. She also tells me her acct was hacked into and her ebay acct is closed. She tells me she is honestand not some nigerian scammer. (her feedback is around the 40 positive and she has been sellingmore of the same item I bought)

TEN days go by and no item. I email her every other day for a wk asking when and if she is shipping my item. No response.

I file a claim via paypal and bam, I get a response from her, she says she goofed and hadshipped my item to the wrong address but it was returned to her by some honest person. Yeah, yeah. She also asks me if I would like a refund or for her to reship the item. REFUND PLEASE, I say. 5 more daysgo by and no refund via paypal. Irespond via paypal and ask if she could please tell me when to expect my refund. Nothing, I emailed her again after 3 more days which was 5/21.

I have left another message today. It has been 37 days since the day I paid her. Lady, please just give me my 60 bucks....

Okay, vent over. I just don't know how some people can sleep at night....

I am sorry to say this but I also won't bid on anything else with a feedback of less than 100.

I don't blame you, that's crazy. She cleary has bad communication skills, since the only time she contacted you was after you filed the claim. If she was so "honest"she would have replied to allyour emails. Good luck getting your money back. Edited by: sojourn_fan
