What can I say! I'm a sales training junkie and yes I absolutely agree-
@----ne's training is awesome. Now I just gotta put all this
knowledge to good use. That's always the challenge isn't it?

FDD if you do like the training so much why don't you join? I mean wouldn't it be easier for you to help your downline by using the actual training rather than having to convert it to MK?? Or is it that you get the recognition for good training ideas at MK when they are actually @ ideas??? LOL...http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif I'm just kidding with you.

Naw, Although I AM a thief ( I will shamelesly steal any great sales idea from any Co.) I am a HONEST thief smileys/smiley2.gif and will always
give credit to the right person or source. Actually, there are
very few original ideas in the world of home party sales, so that's why
it's always fun to see how other Co.'s adjust and adapt those same
basic few ideas to their own businesses.
One idea that I really like is the "Six for Success" system taught by ENVP Dana Collins. In MK we do a couple of things that are similar, such as:
"The 3+3+3 Plan" (3 parties, $300+ in new sales & 3 team
building interviews a week) -OR- "The 10/10 Plan" (10 parties & 10
team building appts a month). For many of us who work outside the
home or who have alot of obligations as I do, those plans can seem
to be a little daunting . When I checked my own records for the
last few years, I realized that the months that I did the best I
actually averaged 6 parties a month! That was a revelation to
me. It was a very do-able pace, I was having fun and didn't
feel like I was killing myself. Perhaps that is why Dana's system
really resonated with me. So my goals for Feb are to do just
that, 5-6 parties and 5-6 team building interviews. I'm
going to share with my team what I did and my results as Dana did in
order to grow so quickly. Heck, look at the organization that Dana has
built with this system (she recruited Kathy Lutz for goodness sakes!
So morgansmom, anybody who asks me will get the full scoop and will
know exactly where I'm getting my information from. As you can see, I
love to talk so they will probably be sorry they asked, smileys/smiley36.gifsmileys/smiley36.gif
