There is still no status on my back order since 8/31. How long is it going to take to get my order? I need my samples to pass out to people. I know you all can't tell me when it will be in, but I'm just frustrated and need to vent.

I still have not got the business pack with the samples either. I do not know why I have got everthing else but that. I love the company and I want this to work so I am here through it all. What did they say when you called them? Do they have record of the order and when it will go out

I haven't got my business pack either, It's so frustrating how can we get started if we don't have our business materialsmileys/smiley5.gifI really hope it comes soon!!!

I sent an e-mail about a backordered item from 8/21. This was after I called & waited on hold forever. I haven't heard back yet! I'm trying to be patient because I know the products are worth the wait!

My mom talked with Rita Davenportand ourRVP/NVP TheaO'Donoughue yesterday. They weren't sending biz packs because they are backordered on samples. Rita was going to talk to them and get them to maybe send them anyhow and then send the samples later..

Call your upline. Ask them for the supplies you need. They should/probably have them to get you through. Replenish them when yours comes in. That is what we do in our Nation.
