Hi all! Please bear with me, I'm still very new, thanks!
In reading about some of the reactions that some folks are having with the RE9 system, I had to wonder if the return policy is good for 1 or 2 pieces if they purchase the set as a whole. I guess I am wondering if it would be possible for any of the sets. I am keeping a notebook of issues & possible solutions for future reference.
It also seems like a good number of folks use pieces from different sets to create their own system. Is that just done on a trial & error basis?

My sister is very oily & says the re9 daycreme is too heavy for her. It was suggested that she use the normal to oily day creme. I ordered it for her & kept re9 moisterizer for myself, or to replace in a pup kit. I called Arbonne to ask about it & they said they would exchange over the phone, but that you could not exchange parts of a set online. My upline has been very helpful in these situations!

Thanks! I forgot to post that I had asked my upline and that she said yes, we could do exactly as you described.
