I have not yet had anyone return a product inless it wasdamaged but what is the company's quarentee anyways. I know we can return a product for a replacement to resell but what is the time frame.
I know on the back of the order form it talks about returning the skincare system if not satified after using it as intended for at least 10 days. However, Ithink many cases it takes 4-6weeks beforethey will really see some good results.So if after 4-6 weeks they just aren't happy with it would the company still send me a replacement or not.

Yes, the company would send a replacement. I have had several returns and the company has never asked me anything about the customer, how long they have used the product, or even why they are returning it. I have always been really happy with the response from BC. I just email them, then within days, new stuff is on on the way.
