You can microwave it for about 2 minutes then turn it over and do it for an additional minute, if is not hot enough.

I do the same, but just mist the outside with the hydrating mist.

Don't forget that neckwraps can also be frozen. Freeze the inside section in a baggie.I like to wear mine frozen when I am doing yard work. It really helps keep me cool during hot Texas days!
