I do not like the vanilla shake or the choc. chews. I want to return them so I need to know what to send in to return them. Also what tast better. I know that the berry ches are better but what about the shakes, What is the best

smileys/smiley2.gifi can help you with the return ? but the shakes never tried it sorry, the box thatUPS brings it in you know how you get the invoice on the top you have that label it has arbonne's adress you need to stick that on all returns also i mean i had to return some of the foundation the color was wrong so i ended up just keeping it and sold it to somebody elseso try to find the peel off label on the invoice and always save them until you know clients like the product, i hope that helpssmileys/smiley4.gif

I read that you need to contact Arbonne for an RMA for all returns.

This may be too late if you have already sent back the choc shake, but I prefer to mix the choc and vanilla 1/2 and 1/2. Tastes great to me that way. hth

I calledand they are sending me new shakes and chews. She told me not to worry with sending the others back. I love this company
