My hormones are all over the map & have been for some years now. As a result, I get massive migraines that last at least 2-3 days. (BTW I am only in my 30's) Well, in July-Aug. they increased in frequency to about 1-2 per week! I ordered the phytoprolief & started it about2 1/2weeks ago. So far, I have only had one migraine that went away within a day! I was just wondering if anyone else had experience with this product & headaches. Any other phytoprolief or Arbonne nutritional product testimonies would be good to hear as well. Next, I plan to try the vitamins!

i just wanted to share my experience with prolief & migranes. i had hormonal migranes usually a day before my period was to start & then for sometimes 2 to 3 days. since using the prolief i have had light migranes and when i use just a small amount of the prolief they immediately improve and are usually gone within 1 hour. this stuff is amazing. i can tell a major difference in my irratation level as well. i am just sorry that i cant use it every day of the month and only 14 days out of 30. smileys/smiley19.gif
i highly recommend this product & have about 6 customers who use it every month & wouldnt be caught without a back up and i have only been in the biz for 3 months. good luck to you.

I love the vitamins.. specially the Get Well Soon and the Lip Service. The Get Well helped me soooooo much last winter even my doctor asked what was up when at the end of winter I had only been sick once.. and it was from stress. The Lip Service everytime I feel a cold sore starting I just start taking those and it doesn't full come or it goes away sooooo fast.. Love both.

I am using the phytoprolief everyday and I am wondering why you only use it certain days? Is this recommended and I don't know it?

It is recommended to use the cream 2 weeks on and then off for 2 weeks.
Women in or past menopause can start using it this way any time of the month, but women who have their cycles need to start using the cream after ovulation. This is why day 12 is recommended, but keep in mind that not every woman ovulates on day 12. For me, it is day 15 or 16, so that is when I begin my 2 weeks on the cream.

What if you are on birth control? Does this affect anything? I'm so curious about the prolief creams, I really want to understand them more! smileys/smiley17.gif

If you are on birth control, you can try the prolief, but you might not seethe great benefits. The reason is because the progestin (artificial hormone) from the birth control is already occupying the progesterone (natural hormone) receptor, so the natural progesterone from the prolief has no where to go.
It certainly won't cause any harm to use the prolief while on the bcp, but it may not be effective.

Hello,
I'm new to the board. I've been with Arbonne since March, but only decided to become a business builder in June and became a DM 2 mos. later.
I signed up strictly for the discount, so I could get the hormones at 35% off, tried the RE9 set 3 mos. later, and people wanted to know what I was using. I was in business quite by accident. smileys/smiley1.gif
I want to highly suggest to everyone that you read Dr. John Lee's books: What Your Doctor Doesn't Tell You About Breast Cancer, What Your Doctor Doesn't Tell You About Premenopause, and What Your Doctor Doesn't Tell You About Menopause. Our library has them, but I ordered them from Amazon. They were cheaper there than Dr. Lee's website, which is http://www.johnleemd.com/. (Some books you can get in CD format. The one about breast cancer is 13 CD's.)
Arbonne has a tape on our hormones for $1.00. I ordered 10 of these and will put 2 labels on them. One says, Property of: ______________ and the other says "Please listen to this tape about our natural hormones before our appt. It could save your life." I will put one in each demo kit.
Others I have to pass out with 2 labels saying, "Property of: ____________" and Please listen to this tape on our hormones, it could save your life."
You can order a video on Dr. Lee's site, "Alternative Medicine" for $34.95 and $4.50 shipping. Arbonne's tape discusses this video and consultants holding hormone classes showing this video are selling hormones by the truckloads. I just received this video, so haven't implemented it yet. I had one tape on hand and gave it to someone to listen to, and she bought the hormone, so I'm hoping for great things when I get my order with the ten tapes. At your hormone classes, you can start out with your manual, demo the RE9 set, and move into the hormone video.
Men can take the Prorelief. They use 1/2 squirt and can use it every day. The books explain this. My husband has arthritis in his knees. I put 1/2 squirt a day on his knees alternating between knees, and he says it's really helping. I recently broke my foot, and applied a little to my foot, and I'm bowling only after 2.5 weeks, and the Dr. said I wouldn't be able to bowl for 6 wks. I recently burned my thumbed and applied the Prorelief to the burn and the pain went away instantly.
This link is instructions for using the hormones -

You'll find lots of valuable info on that site. Donna Weiser is not my NVP, but I have printed off lots of info. It should go in your favorites and passed on to your downlines.
If you read the books, you'll be an expert on natural hormones and be able to sell them like crazy, I'm sure.
Sorry for the long post. smileys/smiley2.gif
