View Full Version : I have a problem with MSing

Ok, I've signed up with a couple of them and one I had to pay money to get listings. The problem I have with MSing is that when I get assignment availabilities, they expire within one or two days after I get the assignment offer. And they are during the week and I can't work during the week since I have a full-time job. And I have to get an assignment that allows children since I don't really have anyone to watch my little girls.

I have read that you can make excellent money being a shopper but when I see what the compensation is, it doesn't seem worth it. Is there something I'm missing?

Also, how do you complete an assignment once you get it? Any advice or information is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

It is hard to find jobs sometimes in areas that you want to shop. Some of the companies have their own job boards where they post. The best job board I have seen is on Volition. There are many listings for different areas. If you want to make lots of money, you almost have to be willing to do just about any of the jobs out there, and also be willing to travel a little. One problem that I have seen in my area is that it is saturated with shoppers so the jobs get snatched up quick. You really have to sign up with lots and lots of companies to see larger amounts of jobs.
All jobs have guidelines that you need to follow for the shop. Some will have you put you results online at their sites, and others will have you fax your information. Once you get a job, if you have questions you can always ask the scheduler.

have you checked in at shopnchek or at Kern? they seem to have alot of shops to do. it does depend on where you live, too, as baronmom says, and how much travelling you're willing to do.

check Certified Reports, Shopncheck, Beyond Hello, Kern, Bestmark, A cut above, Franchise Compliant, A Closer Look, Nationwide Services Group (I always get emails from this company every day on jobs),
These are just some of the companies that I get emails from on a regular basis about jobs. The problem I ran into with companies is that some I signed up with do not have work in my area. You never know which ones will and won't. You just have to keep signing up and checking the job boards regularly.

You should never pay for any list
