It was amazing! Rita is such a phenomenal speaker. If you have never seen her - you need to! Besides her, my favorite speaker was Steve Farber who spoke on Extreme Leadership. He has a book The Radical Leap: A Personal Lesson in Extreme Leadership. I have not read it yet, but plan to get it this week. I feel so energized just from being around all of the successful people!!

Having been to NTC before and ACT, many of the vp's talks were just a lot of what we already have heard. ACTIVITY, ACTIVITY, ACTIVITY!! Of course, we do need to hear it over and over, plus there were a lot of new consultants who hadn't heard it, so it was all good.

Rita was great as ever and funny as ever. She does dances before each of her talks and she came out on one to "I will suvive", it was hilarious!!

I loved her story abouta guy who was a gambler and had basically gambled away every dime of his families and as he was leaving the casino to tell his wife what he had done, he went to the bathroom. But it was one of those that required a dime in order to unlock the stall. He didn't have a dime. Seeing his predicament one guy game him a dime and another one left the door open as he got out, so he could go in. He didn't have to use the dime. So on his way out of the casino he couldn't resist and put the dime in the slot and won a large sum of money. Years later, he had invested that money and turned it into a fortune through real estate and was featured in Time Magazine. The reporter asked him if he had ever thought about finding the guy who gave him the dime.He said "No", but I would give half my fortune to find the guy who opened the door. It was because of him that he was able to keep the dime and hit the jackpot.

My favorite speaker was Jack Canfield author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul books. He was turned down 144 times before he got his book published. Years later he would get a Guinness record for having the most books on the New York Times best seller list at the same time!!!

Favorite thing was his formula E+R=O Event plus Response equals Outcome. Change your response until you get the outcome you want.He says you can control and change your thoughts, images and behaviors. He demonstrated this by having us do several exercises of picturing things in our mind and then doing them. It was truly weird. He also went on to say that you are the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. He said find some people above you and spend some time with them.

I love the new business building tools, rbon is featured throughout the June issue of Success at Home. Features stories about nvps and the products and having a home business. Comes with a cd in the middle, great for prospects. I especially loved seeing Cecilia and her family in their OU shirts pictured with her story inside, being I am from Oklahoma and a diehard Sooner fan!!!

I also loved the Spirit of Rbon awards and what the great envps have done with what God has blessed them with.
