I have tried many different ideas but have decided that BC puts together the best hostess benefits package just by using the hostess envelopes that you can get thru them.. I am finding out more and more that it is not better to try and reinvent the wheel, just use what bc has to offer because it works
the hostess packets are under sales aids and are 20 for $4.00.
You can also add a few things for extra things like ...
if they get you their names and addresses within 48hrs of booking you can give them a mini or something..
when they have 7 ordering guest at their spa you can give them something.
If they keep their orginal booking date you can give something.....

what was last recommend to me was that when you book a spa with someone, go over the hostess packet and hand then a catalog. tell them to look thru the catalog and pick out 5 items they would like to have and put them in order 1 - 5 as to which they want most.
Then for the different things I mentioned above you give them the items.
ex.. Keeping original booking date is really important so you can make that the number one gift...
getting 100.00 in outside orders could be the 2nd gift and what they wanted second most.. because if they can get 100.00 in outside orders that makes a BIG difference in your party sales..

Some times it seems like you are giving alot but.... the more you give the more you will get back in return in the long run..

I would have to agree with SpaDreams. Duplication is the best way to have consistency within your business. People attending your spa that decide to join, will see that you are following BC and they can do the same.

Maybe someone is not as creative to make their own flyers, or offertoo much hostess reward and hinder their profitability.They couldpotentially think that BC is not for them, as the spas and profit are not what they thought they would be.

By following the Hostess Program defined by BC, your newest person can go out and hold a spa, just like the one they attended. They can also read on the program, at their leisure, on BeautiNet.

There are wonderfully creative people out there, not to say their ideas are not great or some better that what is taught through BC, but I really believe that to get your team up and running successfully, they need to follow what is already outlined. The work is already done! There are professional packets printed and ready to go.

I am sure that you will find what works best for you and your business.

Here is my hostess letter that I use. I always go over everything with my hostess as well.


Dear Spa Hostess,



Hello! I just wanted to start off by saying thank you so much for
booking a Spa Escape. You will have lots of fun, just like you did tonight.
I am giving you this letter to give you some hints and challenges for
your party.

One of the most important things you can do is DO NOT CANCEL. This is
my business and my time is also very limited as well. It's important to
me and you that we hold your party on the schedule date.

There are some major benefits to you having a Spa Escape. You can
receive free product. Here is the break down off it.

If your party is a total of $200-299.99 with two bookings you get 10%
which equals $20-29.99 off

If your party is a total of $300-499.99 with two bookings you get 15%
which equals $45-74.99 off

If your party is a total of $500 + with two bookings you get
20% which equals $100+ off


If you choose to offer refreshments, I recommend that you keep it
simple and wait until after the party to serve them. I've discovered that I
can not complete with chocolate cake. After the party, while
refreshments are being served, I will answer questions, take orders, and book
parties.

If possible, can I have a small display area, like a card table, end
table to display my items? Also, I will need to know ahead of time if
you have a cd player, if not then I will bring one of my own.

I will be arriving about 30 minutes early to set up. I will also be
calling you to check to see the progress of the party, and if you have
any questions.

I am so excited for your spa! I love what I do! You are to see first
hand why I love BeautiControl. I would to have you on my team so watch
what I do and see if it might be right for you too. And, thank you again
