Has anyone used this for weight loss? Or know someone who's used it successfully? If I'm gonna be an Arbonne Queen (not to steal Ann's thunder!), I need to lose some weight and you can't get better testimonial if it works!

Thanks!

Jennifer

It does work! I lost 40lbs with the help of Arbonne. I have pictures on my Arbonne website. But just keep in mind that once you lose the weight, you can't go back to old habits (which for me was fast food and lack of exercise) or the weight will find you again! aaaahhhhhh!!smileys/smiley2.gifNeedless to say, I'm back on the wagon (I gained 20lbs back because I slacked big time).

There was a post recently on the Fitness forum about a study that showed omega3 helps aid in weight loss, so I'm taking our REsist supplement. Also, if you aren't using the progesterone cream already, think about trying it ... progesterone helps convert fat into energy. smileys/smiley1.gif

Oh, one more thing that helped me greatly - www.fitday.com (http://www.fitday.com) - it really helps to keep track of your whole diet and fitness regimen and goals.

Wow, Melle...lots of info...thanks! Here's the big question: how's it taste?? LOL I was reading on the yahoo group's board that it doesn't taste so great.

Argh, I know about gaining all the weight back. It's usually because I get pregnant, but my 9-month old is the last baby, so no more excuses! There was a gal at the Arbonne Opportunities meeting last night with a three-month old and she looked like she'd never had a baby. I hate those people! smileys/smiley2.gif

Oh, I know! How come some women get to look perfect right after delivery?? Not fair! smileys/smiley36.gif

The taste of the Figure 8 shakes -

Vanilla - SWEET. Too sweet for me. I can drink it if I chug it right down, but I usually add ice, berries, firm MoriNu tofu, and plain non-fat yogurt (the plain yogurt cuts the sweetness)

Chocolate - Sweet, but not unbearably. All I add to the chocolate is a banana and ice ... but you know what? Peanut butter might be good too! I'm going to try that and find out. LOL

Orange chews - TART and very orangy. I love them!

Chocolate chews - My fave!! Now, these take some getting used to. They have an earthy resonance that is sort of odd at first.

Wow Melle, great explanation for the chocolate chews! I remember the first one I tried, I thought- "like an oversized tootsie roll with... with..." I could never find the right way to describe it. But you know what? After the first couple, I love them! My family will be snacking on oreos and I can have a chew or two and be okay! Thefirst orangewas.... WOW! That's TART! at first, but now it's my treat when my kids are having their favorite candies (sweet tarts!)

I could drink the Orange Fiber all day, I love that stuff, tastes like an orange julius!

The orange fiber is the only one I haven't tried, but I'm going to go order it right now. I bet it is great blended with ice!

My RVP cooks with the orange fiber shake. She added it to her pumpkin soup, it was great!

Now there is something I wouldn't have thought of! But in that vein ... you know what I bet it would be good in? Cranberry bread! I'm getting hungry!

Figure 8's been ordered, so there's no going back now! Thanks for the info. Skin, check. Weight, check. Now I just have to work on the hair smileys/smiley36.gif
