Would it be wrong of me...to take some candles to a birthday party for a 2yr. old? My daughter was invited to this party, and I thought... Opportunity!smileys/smiley17.gif

I thought I might at least take some catalogs and BC's with scent samples.

Let me know what you think.

work it girl is all I can say.........I took biz cards and books w/me at Easter, but my Aunts house was so crowded and noisy it was impossible. Couldn't even step outside because it was so cold and rainy, but I took the stuff all the same.

what do you have to lose?

Wear a MB hat or shirt too if you have it or your pin that could be a start. Or ask the other moms what they do, surely they will ask you in returnhttp://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif

OH I have to say definitely!!! Like many other people have done here, lifestlying your biz should be a top priority, if not your #1 in building your biz! You never know who will ask about what you do, just to start a conversation. I just had that experience tonight where I saw an old high school friend, who asked if I am still working, and we chatted and she said, "Give me a catalog NOW!! I need to find a great biz to do!!" She is pregnant with her second child, due in July! So having those scent samples and cataloges, etc on your person at all times is WONDERFUL!!!:)

Amen...There is always someone looking for a new opportunity..I submitted a story in the newsletter a while ago, about a service technician from my phone company..I was actually too scared to ask if he liked candles(Just assumed he wouldn't care about candles), My 6yr old jumped in and saved the day and he is a very good customer now!!

Just this morning my cable guy was out and I offered him a free votive for being so helpful...I gave a catalog & biz brochure as well...He asked about 10 mins worth of q's & is seriously thinking of signing up!! YIPPEE!! Lifestyle this biz whenever & where ever you can..That is my rule!!! Good luck!!
