Hi Ladies....I just made Area Manager last month! Yeah! But I have one quick question. If I don't obtain 10,000 this month do I lose my title? This has all happened so fast (Excellent team) and I am not quite sure. If anyone can explain it in "easy to understand" terms, I would appreciate it! Thanks so Much!

I'm still fairly new, but from my understanding you get a "building period" with each promotion of 2 months. In that two months all the volume you have will be put in your Performance account. After the 2 months, then you have to do your maintenence, if for some reason you don't make it, you borrow from your performance account. You would lose your area, if you don't make minimum's and you are out of money in your performance account. I hope this helps.
