I ordered some things the week before last and I have just received a package but it didn't contain my samples and some pamplets. It said that they were on back order. How long does that usually take?

Go to webstats and click on orders and it will tell you if it has been shipped (s) or is still pending (p). Back orders can be a lttle frustrating but it just goes to show how rapidly Arbonne is growing. Hang in there and you can always call customer service to get more info. on your back orders.
