I placed orders on march 25 and 27. I've received 6 boxes from both orders. 2 were empty. In the other boxes were 6 of the 34 items ordered. I call and get no where. I've been told they were shipped but there's no tracking. I called today and am told something different. When will all this be straightened out! People are getting upset because they don't have the items they paid for! I'm sooooo frustrated.

I spoke to my ENVP about this last night. She said that this was supposed to have been taken care of by now. I received my products..but none of the biz aids I ordered. She told me to call field support.
oh yeah...you can't get through. you just get a quick beeping (like out of service) signal. great.
Personally, I do think that they should have the kinks worked out by now. I mean - it's been almost 2 weeks since the system was implemented and I am sure that they tested it before they started shipping again at the end of March.

I called this morning to find out about an order - got the fast busy signal or just a disconnected call a few times, but finally gotthru. A really nice guy told me about how there was some glitch that was causing them to not get any of the tracking numbers at all and they are not able to pull up the shipping info in most cases. I immediately emailed my ERVP (who knew a little about my problem). She emailed VP Support and they were able to finda tracking number - the package came today, all in one box. :) I know they are working hard to get this fixed - it's got to be hard when you take into account how many consultants there are, and how many were placing orders all at the end of the month, you know? Good luck - hope you get your stuff quick!

well, it is just a confirmation of our suspicions/rumors, really. The line defiance is not really discontinued - it was reformulated to include an anti-aging element and there will be a pump included better than the current ones b/c the other ones kept breaking. The ONLY discontinued items will be the wands. There is definitely more than 1 country being announced - hinted at maybe more than 2, but she was being very evasive - but she usually tells me if I am wrong. And the new products lines are so awesome and "going to propel us forward into fast-growing markets."
