I'm looking for a source for great incentives. I want to begin
team building right away and I'd like to offer incentives to encourage
my consultants to start building their business.

Well, first look at your company. DT offers incentives right from the start to get them started.
For us, it includes business supplies, free toys, and then a rebate on toys.
You want to focus them on activity. So, give them 1 or 2 weeks to book 6 parties. Then offer them something, like an additional product.
Also, find out their "why" and focus on that. In reality, that should be enough. Example we want to buy a van. Or we want to go on a trip.
Business supplies also work well.
