I'm having a Mystery Hostess show in a couple weeks and I want to come up with a really good reason to call everyone on my list, besides just to remind them....
Normally, I have my hostess call each guest and tell them that their consultant (me) has just told her that they need to bring their invitation to the show to receive a free gift because there is a special sticker on the invite and one person will win a special prize....
Considering that I'm the hostess.... that doesn't quite work. I would know who had the special sticker smileys/smiley36.gif
So what other excuse can I use to call all my guests?

How about Just to remind them to not forget their Invitation to win the prize!!

Or, I'm getting ready for the Mystery Hostess Party and wanted to remind you to bring a friend for an extra entry!

Depending on the party, I give my hostesses a variety of reasons to call.
1. She has to find 3 or the 4 stickers for an extra gift.
2. Remind them to wear yellow.
3. Remind them to bring a friend and get a gift.
I really liked the idea about bringing your invitation to put in a special drawing. :-)

How about if I tell them that I'm doing a special drawing for everyone who brings a guest? Then only those who brought guest would be eligible for that prize. I'd tell them that they get a prize just for bringing a guest, but that I'll also do a drawing for another prize.
