ok i really hope this is another one of my

quick questions. really smileys/smiley9.gifsmileys/smiley36.gif

do you know if there is a good example out there that applies the comp plan to an imaginary number of business done? I see thecomp plan, and i have been told -and read- that the percentages of every level is added up to the next.
however, when I try to put it into a visual chart or number example, then i have no idea what your comp plan is like! it gives me no idea on how you make money in arbonne!smileys/smiley18.gif

anyone? you can PM me if you want instead of posting if there is a problem with that.smileys/smiley5.gif

The reason I didn't respond is that I don't understand the question. Sorry. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif

I'm not really understanding the question either. But I also have to say that I had a ton of questions when I joined Arb. I simply spoke to my sponsor, and then went up the line until I found the answer to my question. Most of the uplines are extremely helpful and more than willing to answer any ?s that ppl have about the biz and/or the company. I found them to also be supportive of asking "up the line" when they didn't have the answer - at least that was my experience.
If you are really serious about starting an Arb. biz, I think you would benefit greatly by finding someone (even if it's someone from this board) to work with as your sponsor. Most people would be happy to answer all of your questions - even do a 3-way call with their upline with you. I know that many people pm'd you in the beginning, so if you wanted to explore the biz in depth, you could start working with someone to get specific answers to all of your questions. Or you could find one by entering your info into the "locate a consultant" feature on the website to find someone in your immediate area. That might be faster than waiting for all of us to respond. Just a thought.

ok
if i have 4 classes in a month with $400 retail each and 4 people joining that month with 1RSVP and three $200 rtl and I am an area manager with two DM in my first line doing $3,500 each rt volume taht month.... how much do i get in commissions based on the structure of 8%+6 etc?

I just want to see the numbers as an example in a month with an AM scenario. i picked area manager b/c it has the one level before of DM.

anyone? I will be contacting theperson I am suppossed to sign up with tomorrow and see if she is available. in the meantime, can anyone with a good numbers head (LOLsmileys/smiley36.gif) figure this example for me?

thank yousmileys/smiley9.gif

If I did my math right.....$249.20 for your override commiss. and then $227.50 from the DM's....although you'd be $50. shy of making your $400. AM bonus. so if you had the AM bonus included, you're check would approx. be $876.50!! Wohoo! http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif

Thanks Perfect7...plus $75.00.... grand total of $951.50 Even Better!!!http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gifEdited by: alldeckedout

And if any of those included RSVP's, each of those would be another $75 bucks in your pocket.smileys/smiley2.gif

*Lots* of non-@ people read these boards... Just take a look at the negative @ blogs and you'll see some of these messages on this baord quoted word for word. http://www.wahm.com/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif So, the high number of views on our posts can be partly attributed to the non-@ people reading our posts.

It doesn't necessarily mean we aren't willing or able to help you. smileys/smiley2.gifEdited by: Mary_m

okay, so 4 classes at $400 each = 1600 + 350 for the 1 rsvp = 1950 + (3*200) = 2550 + (2*3,500) = ($9550*.65)wholesale *.14 = $869.05 + $75 rsvp bonus= $944.05 in override commissions and bonuses + $560 retail profit from 4 classes = $1504.05

using the numbers you gave, it comes to $9,550 - which is 450 shy of your AM maintenance

hope I got this rightsmileys/smiley9.gif

ok i am starting to get it. I am at work right now so no much time to spend on the boardssmileys/smiley36.gif

these examples give me a bit insight. I was just having a hard time figuring out how you get the 8%+6&+%%% . so for what i see, if i am an area manager (and above) i get paid 8% on my disctirc as a DM, AND 8% on my area as an AM. etc right?

this means i will have a commision and overrides of
DM-8%+ etc on my personal district consultants and their consultants.
AM-8%+ etc on my area people which also includes my personal etc?

so you get paid twice on your personals and DM AM offsprings???

confusing!smileys/smiley29.gif

if anyone here is familiar with that little chart of "possible income"as a director that the pink company people uses, then an example like that is kind of what i am looking for. sorry i am very visual.smileys/smiley5.gifsmileys/smiley36.gif

thank you!
