Tell me your favorite thing about Jordon Essentials. I know you will have more than one, but if you could only tell me ONE thing that is your favorite, what would it be?

My favorite thing about JE is that we are like one big family. In the five years that I have been with the company, no matter what it was, if I needed assistance, there was always someone out there willing to help. You are not a number to the company, you are a person. Anyone can call the home office for help and it is toll-free.

Mine has to be along the same lines as Traci's ... but adding to hers, I have to also say, that we are not afraid to talk about our Christianity faiths and Nancy and Ron have a very strong belief in Faith.... then Family.... then Business. You cannot say that about alot of companies.


Another is that you can work YOUR business when you want, how you want and take time off when and if you need to.

Sadly, this has proven to becompletely untrue.

How so?

Cheryl, I think you can do a whole ton more with JE than most DS companies. The main rules are you cannot sell on ebay for more than the catalog or less than the catalog. And you cannot discount the product. The only special you could offer would be free shipping or a free gift. Other than that you are free to work it as you wish.

You are going to do great with the business, if this is your decision to join. There are many different ways to run your business as you will find out. When you really have something in your heart, it will become a passion for you and you will prosper by showing that to your customers, friends and teammates.
Some people choose to be loners in the business. Team playing is great way to learn different tips and tricks, and to take that to your downline.The added bonus is having agreat supportive upline!!

Depending on who your upline is, don't plan on taking a break in the event of family emergency (ie: 2 serious illnesses & 1 death in 2007 alone) without being told that you're not working your business theway you should be. Therefore, it will be micromanaged by someone else.
And this will be stated to you in an email.

Just what you need when you're practically living at the hospital and attending funerals in the same month. One being for an 11 year old girl.

Other than that, you're free to run your business as you like!

I would say that you have to remember that communication is the key. This way in the event that you need extra support, or even a break, your team and upline, can be there for you when you need it the most.

While this can be true, some people do not turn to their direct sales company for support during times of need. They turn to church, family and friends. Not everyone feels the need to share private information to people who do not fall into those categories. Some things don't need to be shared like that. In other words, I have a life outside of JE.

I won't speak for anyone else but myself. When I say that when you enter into JE or any other companywith the mindset of building your business your upline is there for you. My upline knew what my goals where and when she saw I wasn't reaching them the way I wanted to this month she called me. I am one short on my downline goal and although I hit fast start I had to postpone 2 parties because of illness theirs and mine. When she called t was out of concern for me not her. I find that true for most of the uplines I have met with JE. She was encouraging me to rest and not do myself any harm. That's the way I roll and I am sure that is the way most of the leaders in JE roll. From my experience at a previous bunnyvention, on other boards and with the friends I have made and kept who all have different leaders. Just me 2 pennies worth.

Thank you Darleen. It's not been easy, but I can see a light at the end of the tunnel where it comes to the chaos.
