What do you give the hostess ifone of her guestssigns up at her spa? Do you include that price into her retail sales credit, or do you do something different since you personally don't receive any credit for that??

I'd give out a free product... perhaps the Appletini Shower Gel. It runs out really quickly which almost guarantees a re-order!

To add more to the previous question - if the hostess decides to join afterwards - do you give her the friend as a downline - or do you keep her friend in your downline?

I give my hostess $10.00 in free product for each and every person who joins. If I recruit @ my SPA I keep them on my team and they can usually and want to start out together and go to training together.

I take the recruit for myself as well in less the orginal hostess is serious about he opportunty then I would pass her onto her to help her get started! Ifthe orginalhostesses doesn't plan to do anything with the opportunty you might as wellkeep her for yourself.

I count a recruit as one of her "bookings". I include it in my hostess letter that she needs two bookings to get her free products and that since recruits count towards that, she should encourage friends to join or schedule their own spa.
