What is the most important traits to you in a company you want to work with?
Do you have consultants/reps from each company you are talking to. It is important to find someone you feel good about and who you know will be a strong mentor. This will also help you in making your decision.

Hmm I guess the 3 most important to me right now would be,
Products for my family
money
repeat customers
I am still deciding on which company to go with, thanks for helping me out!

Try making a list then:
1.) Products. Which company has more products you'd use in your home, or you want the most. Ask your children what they think! My kids are highly motivational for me. LOL, I had one woman join because her son wanted one of the toys I sent in an email!
2.) Money. Check out the compensation plans. Compare how much you make base bay, and bonuses. Do you have to promote to earn more or is it based on your personal sales? Also check out team bonuses as well. If you are working your biz, then you will recruit. It happens. You might as well get paid for training others. But for the most part, the good companies all even out.
3.) Repeat Customers. Which product line has a nice variety? Check out the age ranges. Example, something for only babies - toddlers gives you only 2 years of that child's life. Products that range to a higher age give you a longer span with that customer, which creates habbits which will then equal to gift giving customers when their kids are too old. Also look for a range of products. If you only sell one type of product, and it's not consumbable, they have no need to come back. If you have a variety of products to span different needs, they will come back, even if there is no party going on.
And if all else fails, which one motivates you the most? Which one keeps you up at night as you think of all the ways to market it?
Best of luck!
Debbie
