This is getting just silly...I called the office of this DS company which I would love to name because I wouldn't want anyone to be associated with them...but I am not that kind of person. smileys/smiley2.gifAnyway, I called 4 hours ago and spoke to the same woman I did earlier this week. This time I gave my name and sure enough, no order! I said to her:
"I am in DS. I would never hold a customers order for 2 weeks and I would notifythe customerif I did!"
She said she would call the consultant and get right back to me (4 hoursago)even if she doesn't get in touch with her. (NOT)smileys/smiley7.gifI said I have a receipt are you going to honor my order. The lady paused abit and said she didn't know. I also told her I had placed a second order with this consultant using a gift cert I got (stupid me)and I never heard from the consultant about that order too! I was told the gift cert is only honored by the consultant-screw that! I am not ordering from her and will cancel the order I have a receipt for. But of course I am still waiting because people don't know how to return calls!!!!!!!!smileys/smiley7.gif
I told the company all about their consultant and her ways of treating me.I asked how long shehas been a consultant andthe lady wouldn't tell me. I really don't care at this point if she cancels her order with my company! YUK! I have had enough!!!!!!!
I have never seen anyone on this board with the company I am dealing with and if thereis I am truly sorry that they have a consultant associated with them because she is really trashing the companies reputation.

But you would tell us if you saw that one of us was possibly interested
in or researching their business or ordering from them right? A
forewarning perhaps? I'd hate to see another SBD fiasco because if
someone would have told me the TRUTH about them, I would have never
gotten involved. I hope this all works out for you. What a

Wow! I had a consultant under me hold/spend the money of an order for a school! It was a $200 order! I found out about it a year later since the school wouldn't let a teacher work wth me.
The school finally called me, and faxed me the receipt. I called home office and gave them home offices number. I then tracked down the girl who had moved, she had left no forwarding address.
Somehow DT managed to get her to place the order. Of course that school won't work with DT. I apologized for her, but that left a bad taste in their mouths. How do they know I won't just take their money?
It's sad. Of course they cancelled her account immediately.

That does stink Ellen! Please let us know if you hear of any of us looking into it, or even hosting for it! I know I don't want to deal with her at a show and I'm local to you!

Ellen, is this company a member of the DSA? If they are, I would call the company back and let them know that since they are not responding to you or getting you a refund, you are going to lodge a complaint with the DSA. That should at least get their attention. You can also go to the DSA's website and look up whether they are a member or not.
Are you in IL?? I thought, but now I can't find it, that you did a show at Joliet Mall......like in Joliet, IL!

Yuk! What an awful situation. Debbie (littledb) that sounds like an awful situation also! Good for you for trying to get things straightened out.

There is still no record of my sale from 2 weeks ago.smileys/smiley19.gif In my comapny if you had an inquiry, you would give the home offfice the consultant's name and the show # and you would get an answer. Not with this company.....
