I'm putting my scent samples and Mia Melts into the ziploc baggies, and was wondering if I'm going to run into problems with cross scenting?
Do you have to double bag your scent samples or Mia Melts (when selling them individually or by twos), or do you just put them into one ziploc and they stay okay like that?
By the way, for anybody who is wondering, yes, a Mia Melt will fit into the 1 1/2" x 2" baggies. Some of them you might have to work in a bit, but I'm finding that they fit fine so far.

Becky,
Yes, I do have problems cross scenting with the zip bags. Double bagging only helps somewhat. I now keep the scents in separate containers. Used jars work great for this and look good on the tables, too.

Thank you, Maureen. I was afraid of that.
I will make sure to keep everything separate, just in case. Don't want to ruin these luscious scents!

I use jars too! I actually offer my customers $1 off their next candle purchase if they return the jar to me. I make scent samples off of the bottom of the jar (the little bit of wax that is left) and then use the jars to hold all of my samples. Works for me...I need LOTS of jars because I'm hoping to have plenty of samples!! :P

Deanna, that's a good way to use your jars!
What I did was buy a ton of Melts-I bought one of every kind of bag they had, except for a couple of them. I opened all the bags and have been putting one or two Melts into little baggies to sell individually, for those who want to try several scents.
Even though I double bagged them, I noticed that there was some cross scenting because I had put the bags all into one basket.
Now I've got to figure out how to keep them apart enough, yet together enough, that they are not spread out all over the house or something. I like to keep all my candle stuff on one shelf, and in one closet.
