Well its now been over 20 days since I placed my order and have received partial but not the REsults set (4 RE9 sets). Its hard to utilize the method without the product. Don't know if anyone else has this problem. Found a partial solution, I thought I would share. I got some samples (only 10) from my upline (those haven't come either) and I dropped it with a prospect with the RE9 Facial Scrub. This still allows me to set an appointment to pick up and discuss how the sample went and let her see how the product is dispenced. Wasn't planning this but felt it was important to have a reason to meet again and not just get the phone call they weren't interested. We will see how it works. Follow up is Sunday.

Still waiting on my order that was placed 7/28. Funny how I keep getting the spiel that they are shipping in the order they were placed but MANY folks have received theirs who placed them after mine. I'm off to sit on hold for another 45 minutes...

Well, thankfully I have finally received a resolution!! My order will be processed and shipped. No real explanation as to what happened to it & why it has been hanging for so long but it is soon to be on its way!!! I had already done assomeoneelsesuggested and asked for someone at the next level and was on hold quite a long time but it definitely paid off!
