Okay, here is a question, lets say you become a DM in May and you promote a DM in May and another one in June. Do you have 6 or 4 or 2 building months??? Because I was told we get 2 months when we promote and another 2 when we promote someone direct to us. Does that mean that consultant gets 6 building months before she has to maintain in her Central?smileys/smiley5.gif

No. You maintain your level yourself. If you promoted to DM in May, and did not hit $2500 in June, you MUST hit $2500 in July to maintain. Have your spoken to your RVP or NVP?

Katharine, you DO have a 2 month building period for when you yourself promote to a level, and 2 months for when you promote someone. I believe it is consecutive, so you could be looking at a 6 month building period. You should ask your upline vp to confirm this. Whatever volume you get in your building months will be put into your Performance Account, and after your building months, whatever is over your maintainence amountalso getsput into your performance account. If you ever fall below your maintainence level, the difference will be drawn from your performance account. This way, if you don't make your minimum requirements for your level, you won't lose your level. I've heard others in other companies losing their level (and car) for being short one month on their quota! We don't have to worry about this with Arbonne's Performance Account! smileys/smiley20.gifsmileys/smiley32.gif

I just started this month. How do I get info on the performance account? Or do you automaticly get it when you make district

the performance account starts when you get promoted, at each level promotion it'll start back at zero. so when you reach DM, the first 2 months- whatever you and your team's volume is- gets put into your performance account.

Thanks Cassandra, thats what I thought but it sounded too good to be true LOL. I just wanted to check in case my upline was mistaken. A consultant does not get a performance account until they are a DM right?

One more question. I have a consultant who is a DM. She has 2 DM's direct to her. She is going to go for 1st step to Area, she can only use 13000.00(CAD) maxfrom each DM to promote over the two months right? If both her DM's do first step next month(13000.00) each, then she has to finish in Oct all by herself am I right?

wow, that one has me stumped.... I would assume that she could use one of her DM's for the firstmonth and the second DM for the second month. ? There wasa new policy passed a few months ago that one couldn't qualify for AM in one month- too bad since she would make it. The question I have is, is she going to be able to maintain her Central Area if 2 of her Districts are promoting? Thank goodness for the pickup credit, 2 month building period and the performance account! But that's why it is so important to continue to look for team members, as soon as you have one promoting, you want to have another one beginning. Katharine, you may just want to ask your upline VP this question. And congratulations on Area! You'll be Region very soon!
