This method has worked well for me:
Go to an office supply store and buy a LARGE index card file.
Buy (or make) dividers that are numbered 1-31 and also get a set that is marked Jan. - Dec. Put the numbered dividers in front of the monthly ones.
I use business card-sized candle entry drawing forms. When a lead fills one out, I staple it to the upper-left-hand corner of the index card and write whatever notes I feel necessary. On the upper left hand side of the biz card, I write the date the drawingcard was filled out.
Today is the 7th....I would file any leads I got today under the 10th tab. When I have contacted them on the 10th, then I file it under whenever I arranged to call them again.
If they call "Call me in April," then I file it under April. smileys/smiley1.gif
