I have someone who really wants to sign up as a business builder, but won't sign up until she finds out the % of active ingredients in the RE9 line. Anyone?????????? Anyone???????????

What do you mean "active ingredients"? As far as the ingredients go, you can download all the ingredients from the website. Each RE product will have different ingredients. Ask her what she means and give her the ingredients. In the IC area of A*.com, go to the product knowledge area and then to "Product Knowledge Manual". Hope that helps.

On some of the bottles of the RE9 it says active ingredients, she wants to know what the % of those active ingredients make up the product

You could call and ask, but I don't think you're going to get an answer. The formula is proprietary, and they won't give out the percentages.
I called once to ask how much bismuth oxycloride was in the mineral powder foundation, and they couldn't give me the percentages.
