That's A Wrap

It saddens me to inform you that due to circumstances beyond my control I will no longer be able to continue with That's A Wrap. I have some family issues that need my full attention and I am afraid that I will not have the time to keep That's A Wrap running in the way that it deserves to be run.

All orders that have been placed and backorders will be fulfilled in a very timely manner. That's A Wrap will stop accepting orders until further notice on Monday, January 22, 2007.

In order to keep That's A Wrap together as a company I am looking for a like minded person who has at least 40 hours per week to commit to That's A Wrap. I would be giving 100% ownership, gained responsibility and liability of our website and business over to this person.

The only monetary amount of $3500.00 that I am asking for would be to cover the cost of inventory that will be shipped to you. All business materials and information will be turned over free of charge. Please email me for a full list of inventory items.

Our website and business is already very well established and there is no start up work for you. It has all already been completed.

I do ask all consultants to please stay active with That's A Wrap as we begin our search for a new owner. That's A Wrap has the potential to become a great company under a leader who has the time and commitment to spend to the company.

If you are interested in taking over and running this very lucrative and organized business please email me at contact@creativegiftwrapping.com (http://us.f381.mail.yahoo.com/ym/Compose?To=contact@creativegiftwrapping.com) for more information.

I have so very much enjoyed working with all of our Consultants at That's A Wrap and promise you that I will do everything I can to find a new owner that will treat That's A Wrap with the same respect that I have done.

Sincerely,
Jessica Morgan

Krystal, if I could right now, I would. smileys/smiley1.gif

TAW is definitely well organized in many facetsand Jessica has done an outstanding job with this business. With all things considered, TAW outperformed all the other companies I've been involved with. We are all very sad to see her go and are understanding of her situation. I'mcurrently the VP of the consultant Advisory Board and plan to stick with the company and see how things go...smileys/smiley2.gif

Thats to bad. This is a great company. Jessica did a awesome job with That's A Wrap. I sure hope they can find someone that is just as good as she is. I don't know the details, but its understandable why she has to do it if its because of Family. Familyis important andshould comefirst.

That's A Wrap Has New Owners

Paula Biel & Raynetta Drinnon

After much consideration and numerous email and telephone interview we have found That's A Wrap TWO new owners. I am very confident that these two ladies will be able to take That's A Wrap to the top of the gift wrapping industry.

Most of our consultants are already familiar with Paul Biel. Her old title with That's A Wrap was Founding Consultant and Online Party Trainer. She has been involved in the retail industry most of her life and managed a retail sales store for 10 years. She has an extensive background in sales and is very knowledgeable about online sales. Most impressive is her ability to motivate others.

Raynetta Drinnon has an extensive background in direct sales, selling as a Assistant Manager for AVON in two separate districts. She also owns and operates another business, G & G Gardens & Gifts that have proven to be very successful as well.

These ladies have been friends now for over 5 years and have a very fun and exciting working relationship together. I have no doubt in my mind that I am turning That's A Wrap over to two people that will take it to the next level. The continued support of our consultants is very important to them and I assure you that they will leave no one behind.

That's A Wrap will continue to be closed for orders over the next few weeks so that we can reorganize and get the business in their working hands. If at anytime you have any questions for any of us feel free to contact us by email or telephone. Jessica Morgan - contact@creativegiftwrapping.com - 615-216-6383
Paula Biel - scrappy@daktel.com - 701-652-5199
Raynetta Drinnon - redsamtn@yahoo.com - 931-552- 1629

I want to thank each and every one of you for your continued support of That's A Wrap. It has been such a pleasure working with all of you. Thank you for making That's A Wrap a success for me. Please continue to do the same for Paula and Raynetta. They have big dreams for That's A Wrap and want you to dream with them.

Sincerely,
Jessica Morgan

I have to give this company credit for the simple reason that she kept the lines of communication open and thats a big thing, most companies that I know of that are going through something like this say nothing.
