Dear Arbonne Consultants,

You've communicated with me your concerns and frustrations with the quality of service received in the customer service area here at Arbonne. Let me assure you that there is nothing more important to me than providing the highest quality of service to our Independent Consultants.

In my short tenure here at Arbonne, I've been witness to growth that companies rarely experience. Arbonne's systems were already taxed when I joined the company and have become more exacerbated with growth from your amazing efforts.
In that regard, I have been searching for the right individual to lead our Customer Service efforts. I believe we have attracted that person. I am happy to share with you that on September 6th, Kathy Huffman will be joining the Arbonne Home Office team as the new Vice President of Customer Service. As you'll see from the accompanying announcement, she is experienced and ready to take Arbonne to the next level. Kathy has already spent time in the office evaluating our current systems and has great ideas and plans for improvement. I firmly believe Kathy has what Arbonne needs.
With that, let me close by congratulating you on your amazing sales and sponsoring efforts. These are exciting times for Arbonne. We're working hard to build the foundation necessary for the future.

My email is correct in the webstats but I don't seem to receive email from Arbonne. I even went in last week &amp; rentered it.I wondered if it had something to do with the problems they are having. Thanks for posting it! Edited by: Kiana's Mom
