Is anyone else not receiving there orders. I placed an order on the 3rd. On the 11th, I received 1/3 of the order. It only had the aromaessentials. As of today, the 16th, I still have not received the remaing, which of course that the RE9 Results Set, Shampoo, RE9 Men, and many other items I need to start.
This kindof stinks since my PV is already at $1000+ for district qualification. However, Im not sure that without product, I can make up the remaining 1,500 to go into qualification this month. Then my PV has to start all over.
They say the new comoputer system split the orders, but no way for me to track through Webstats.
Just frustrated! Loosing Momentum.

I placed an order on the 6th and my autoship was for the 10th. Haven't got either yet. Webstats show the first one to arrive on the 19th.

Hi guys- same problem. I placed an order on Aug. 1st and it STILL hasn't shipped. I placed separate orders on the 3rd and 4th and only part of each arrived last night. I called, and They told me the same thing- the system split the orders, and a ton of my stuff in one of my "split off" orders was since backordered. They think it should all ship out by Friday, though.
What kind of stuff were you waiting on? Was it samples you can borrow from your upline?
I know what you mean- our numbers sound almost identical- I'm right at $1,000 for the month too and feel like I'm losing momentum. What keeps me positive is the fact that I don't want to do this half-way. Meaning I don't want to "push" products on people- I want them to do their own selling, just like they were designed to. People know when they are hearing a sales pitch, versus when they are hearing a "see for yourself" approach.
So if I have to wait one month because of a minor set-back then fine. My ultimate goal is still the same, and one more month to get there won't kill me.
Hang in there!

I placed my initial order on 7/28 and to date have only received 2 products out of a $300 order. When I called the 800# they told me I should have the remainder of my order by next week. I am definitely feeling the frustration of the new system splitting orders. I decided to take the time to complete Arbonne U (done!), comb the website for as much info as I can absorb, and take in all I can from the message boards to help me prepare for my 1st class (which had to be postponed due to no product).
I will be glad to get past this rocky start! smileys/smiley5.gifEdited by: Kiana's Mom

I got some of my stuff in on Mon. but most of it was the eye shodows and things like that. I think the rest should be hear next week I hope. I placed a 1400 order so I wanted to qualfy but I do not know if I will have time. I will just do the best I can and it will happen.I do believe in the products so I am willing to put up with the new system because no business comes with no problems so this is the one I am willing to work through the problems to get me were I want to be.hang in there all of you it will be worth it in the long run

I'm waiting on two Phyto's. They were supposed to be off backorder yesterday. I ordered these on June 27th. Has anyone heard if they are in stock now? I might have to call the main office.

smileys/smiley19.gif I too have placed two orders and I got
a few of the products and the rest are who-knows-where. I have a client
who'd ordered the Figure 8 system and lost 12 lbs in her 1st month and
a half...then she ordered more almost a month ago and hasn't gotten it
yet...needless to say she is pretty upset and loves the product and WAS
thinking of doing it as a business till all this backorder happened.
Try telling a client "Hey it's awesome you lost all that weight...you can gain it back and lose it all again." smileys/smiley11.gif
There's no upline where we are to get any product cause they're all out
too. I also have an Intenet client who ordered a couple of color
products and hasn't received them yet either...almost a month ago.
Now I love the products and all but this has really taken the wind out of my sails here and is very frustrating.
I too am going to slow down till they get their "poop" together as I
don't like looking foolish to the people I'm trying to get to take
Arbonne seriously. Where I am literally no one has heard of it.
I had read that this was all going to be resolved by the 19th, is that
date still correct? I also have "heard" through my upline that a
warehouse is being set up here on the East Coast. Anyone else hear of
this?

I live in No. California, and am waiting. I do think they are building a dist. center in midwest but not sure when. I wouldn't mind delaying qualifying for DM but when you encourage people to take advantage of the 35% off and sign up as a consultant, my initial investment to do this business $1,000+ counted as my PV, if I don't have $2,500 RV, I feel like I will have to invest more again since I want to offer them to sign up.

It's too bad Arbonne doesn't make an adjustment for when things like this happen so y'all don't lose your volume.
I am going to hold off till September to see what happens and in the
meantime use the downtime to do the Arbonne U too. I don't dare recruit
anyone until this settles out a bit...hopefully we'll all be chuckling
about this down the road. smileys/smiley2.gif

availability of Holiday 2005 next month.

> As part of the system transition, an extensive physical inventory was
required and there was a resulting warehouse closure prior to the changeover
on August 1st. As expected, this created a backlog of orders which the
warehouse has been working around the clock since the 1st to fulfill.
Unfortunately, earlier this week we discovered several additional underlying
issues affecting already shipped orders. Please know that we are aware that
orders were shipped without a variety of available products and that the
accompanying packing lists reflect only items shipped. We expect to upgrade
this information to include both shipped items and backorders within the
week. We apologize for this inconvenience and temporary confusion. Please be
assured that we are planning to eliminate the existing backlog of orders by
the end of next week or earlier.

smileys/smiley1.gif My girls who I spondered are just as frustrated as you all are. They are still waiting on their pup kits, etc, too, but I will shed a little light on the subject. I don't know if any of you were listening to the conference call last night with Lisa McDulin, but Arbonne is about to announce an "exception rule" that they have decided to allow due to all of the frustrated consultants. I'm not sure about the details, but I believe there will be more time to qualify to your next level with the company. If anyone was listening to this conference call, please explain better than me. I caight the last bit of it. Also, please check with your uplines to see if they or their uplines have heard about this. Theremay be another new rule they have decided on, too, that would be great, but that one Lisa left up in the air because she wasn't sure if it was too early to announce. Please double check if you can. Also, I definitely wouldn't loose steam with this girls, I was probably the companies biggest skeptic and I am so glad I decided to do this and make this investment.. Keep on rolling, I promise it will pay off!!!!!!!!!!!

Was it a backordered item? Or did they lose the order?
