Hello all,
I just earned my DM title after two months at $3000.00 or more. My question is, do I need to maintain at least $2500 every month in Sales to maintain my District Manager title?I am getting different feedback opinions from my upline. I just had a few cancelations and won't be getting to $2500 this month. Do I lose my title now?

No, I don't believe you will lose your title because you get a 2 month "building period". The Success Plan says:
Upon promotion or reassignment from one level to the next, a Two-Month Building Period begins. All Retail Volume is deposited into your PA account without any maintenance deduction.
So, if I am understanding correctly, it would be beneficial to take this two month opportunity to build up your Performance Account because you can use that toward your maintenance requirement after the grace period.

For the first 2 month after you promote, you have some grace. Here is how it works.
You have what is called a Performance Account (PA). This is not
real money or anything like that, just a way to figure if you keep your
title or not.
Your PA balance is equal to 0 when you first make DM. Then, for
the first 2 months you are a DM, everything in your Central District
goes in your PA, with nothing withdrawn. Then, after the first two
months, everything you make goes in and $2500/month is withdrawn.
So, even if you did $0 this month and next, you'd still be a DM (not
recommended!).
Now, when one of your consultants (part of your central district)
becomes a DM, she leaves your central district and you can no longer
use her volume for your maintenance or for bonuses. But, for the
first 2 months after she promotes, you get another grace period with
nothing withdrawn from your PA.
Because of this system, my PA balance is over $20,000, with just about
4 months as DM. So, if I was unable to work my business and no
one on my team did either, I could go 8 months without losing my DM
pay. Of course if I had $0 volume, I'd get $0 pay anyway.
But, if had only $1000 volume, I would be paid as a DM for 13
months. Each month they would pull out $1500 to cover the
difference between my sales and my maintenance.
Does that clear things up a bit?
