Our people live in Notasulga... no idea where it is - she usually comes here for vacations. Our family reunion was just in Montgomery... we did not go this year and I was pregannt other years (thank god)
You will easily move up in Arbonne. I started in Dec 04 and made it to DM in May. I am hoping to get to area by Christmas. I am struggling to get my team motivated and to DM -if I can get the 4 up there, that puts me at first step Area. What approaches are you using?

we all give out alot of samples, at least the 1st month we did. i personally do alot of one on ones & that seems to be working well. of course i am never satisfied & wish i had more but i am pleased with the progress we have made so far.
i have 1 that just will not get out of her comfort zone. i try to encourage but she waited so long to place an order that she lost her 1st sale. i ended up placing the order because she couldnt . it is really frustrating as she has a connection that could very well send her to the top very fast & she is draggin her feet. oh well all i can do i offer my help & try to keep her motivated & on track.
what approach do u use the ,most.

I use a combo of one on ones, presentations and my husband has recently signed up and is using the pup. I find that it is a business where you really have to be a good cheer leader! However, when you have worked with someone for a while and they are not moving forward - you need to move on to the next person. I am doing that at the moment and really pushing myself to get out of my comfort zone. We have also been involved in a pampering day at curves for women. I have also done the spa box for 5 in a few salons.

Spa box - the secret weapon... Simply buy a box form any office supply store (slot in it for names) take it to a spa with "win a spa party for 5" on the front and enter to win etc. Of course everyones a winner!!! that could be your 6 presentations in a few short days - you must follow upsmileys/smiley17.gif
Curves - find a curves, or a gym or wherever and ask if they ever have a pamper me day for their members (this often gives them a great idea). Ask them if you could come in and offer facials (they do it)and of course samples and the enter to win box.
I hope these help you - I am making myself drop off 5 boxes tomorrow!!!!!!! ACTIVITY, ACTIVITY, ACTIVITY..........

I think that is a great idea. What do you do for your facials? The RE 9 set? I know we techincally aren't allowed to apply anything on their faces, so how did you do it?
thanks
Michele

I only use the re9 at my presentations - this is how it usually goes...
As guests arrive, have them wash their hands in the sea salt scrub. Ice-breaker with intro's and skin type -Talk about Arbonne, don't slack in the biz opp. - why story - game - demo with saltines in water and oil - demo with re9 on face or hand (they do it) - close and meet individually with each person to "close the deal and set up parties.
I never perform anything on anyones face except maybe to assist them in matching foundationsmileys/smiley1.gif
Good luck
