Ok so those of you who are or were former MQ reps or customers (As I was) you might find this interesting:

Apparently they had a business in March--so does that mean MQ was thrown together in a matter of a few months? Maybe this explains the problems.

You may also want to see this:

Still an Unsatisfactory record. I don't understand why they wouldnt respond to a BBB complaint.

Anyways--before someone jumps on me for being "negative" first understand I've spent money (a great deal) and have yet to get my orders--and If i had known this information--I probably would have had second thoughts. Someone also mentioned the owners filed Chapter 7 in 2003? HMMMM

Hi Cindy,

Thanks for bringing this to everyone's attention -- I had actually read the first article long ago, but did not think to relate it to the new company.

Are you an employee or have vested interest in Moonstruck? I remember reading your post months ago about doing their website, product photos, and being a family friend or something. I was wondering why you would buy a large amount of MQ products, when known issues had been made public,if you were affiliated with a competing company? I also noticed that you have started a few different threads here that turned south. I'm sure you will correct me if wrong...

I am not saying that you don't have a major gripe, because you do, as many other customers/consultants do. I do wish you the best in getting your issues with MQ resolved...

Ulanda--I am involved with Moonstruck but I am not an employee, I worked with them on some marketing and design projects--however like many others--I am involved with and a customer with many other candle companies. As far as my order it was placed prior to MQ "announcing their problems" and had they taken preventative action and stopped enrolling consultants and giving some customer support, I probably wouldn't be in this situation. I do appreciate your input Ulanda --I hope you enjoy the holidays and have a wonderful new year!
