Can someone explain to me when and where the commisions and overides come into play and if they come into play at consultant level? I know that you can get the 35% commision if they pay retail but what if they sign up as wholesale? Also I thought that I had read in the Successplan Manual that you get a $50 bonus for every person signed up under you? Is this correct or is it only once you move up to DM and so forth?

smileys/smiley2.gifgood question i want to know that to my sponsor said you get 35% and a override check so i'm confused, if you don't make any sales no check.and just the 35% but that's your sale they need to give you a check as well sorry don't get it.

I agree I am confused and my sponsor never tells me the full story on anything so I thought I'd ask this group. I did go back and read and you only get the $50 bonus when the consultant does the RSVP. Hope somebody else can answer us.

you will receive a check on your GRV - at consultant level you will receive a 4% override chk. It is better when you get to DM - I done nothing in June and received a check for $200. It is good to promote the RSVP to downlines (product for them, 50 for you and the volume) I would never sign anyone up for less than $100 because they need product to start out! You can't open a candy store without candy!

Good luck and get up to the next level so you can make a little more!

If you sell at Retail, that 35% difference is what is referred to as your "right now money" commission. If you sell at wholesale price, you don't get the 35% right now money. For your bonus's and overrides: If you are a consultant, you get 4% from the wholesale volume (65% of Retail volume) of your personally sponsored consultants. When you reach District Manager, you get 8% of the wholesale volume from your entire District volume- your personal volume, and everyone in your downline (regardless if you sponsored them or someone under you sponsored them). You do not get $50 when someone signs up, you get the $50 when someone you sponsor gets a Right Start Value Pack. There are other bonus's for each level too- for how many new consultants with $100 orders start each month, at District you get $200 bonus if there are 5 new $100 consultants in your District in a month, meaning they could've been sponsored by you or someone in your downline. That is why you want to get to District as quickly as you can, then when you are District, you help those under you get to District as quickly as they can and that will help you get to Area.

If they sign up wholesale you get 4% on the order they place. If anyone signs under them you don't get paid on them till you are DM level.

As for the $50 that is if someone does an RSVP it is a bonus. You get $25 more if you are a DM.

You get your 35% from the person at the point of the sale. They give you the retail price but you send in the wholesale price. So you don't get a check for the 35% unless they order online. Overrides are the 4% or more you make on your downline. People who sign up wholesale or biz builder.

I hope this helps... If you have anymore questions please ask.

Just to clarify, your $200 DM bonus only comes into effect when your team BOTH

1.) Sponsor 5 $100+ consultants, and

2.) Have a total group volume of $5,000 RV.

Both of these requirements must be met in your central district.
That means that people on your team that have already promoted DM do
not count towards that total.

Hi All!

Does that mean if I'm DM and someone I sponsored is a DM, then what is under them doesn't count towards me? Sometimes this stuff get very confusing for me.

Thanks!

If you've promoted a DM, YOU are now an Executive DM!

Her volume doesn't count for your DM maintenance or bonuses. However, You WILL collect 8% on YOUR DM volume AND 8% on her DM volume.

Her District volume will also count in your qualification for AM.

Ok so will I get a 4% override of of myself's personal retail volume if I am only at consultant level or that is only when I spnsor someone and it is off theyre retail volume. I guess once I start sponsoring and I get payments I will understand the whole process more. But THANKS for all the replys.

when you are an EDM, you can use $10,000 of your DM's volume over the entire qualification period for AM qualification- which is $24,000 overa 2 month period (min $10,000 per month)(or $10,000/month for 3 consecutive months). The pickup credit is for your Central District Maintainance. When you are a DM, you have to maintain $2500 in your District, when you promote out a DM (you become Executive DM), that DM then is your First Generation District, and no longer part of your Central District, which you have to maintain at $2500 (keep in mind that whenever you promote you get a 2 month building period and that is put into your performance account. After the 2 month building period if you don't make it to 2500 your performance account will be used sort of like a savings/cushion. If you do go over 2500, the amount over 2500 will be put into the performance account should you need it in the future. This is the way some people have gone on "maternity leave" for example.)

I am EDM, and it was all so confusing for me at first too, but I asked questions, read and re-read the successplan, asked more questions, read again, smileys/smiley36.gifyou get the idea! smileys/smiley4.gif Now when I read it I wonder why I had such a problem "getting it" in the past. It really is so simple. It's just that the majority of us have never dealt with this whole downline/team building/overrides thing and so that makes it foreign to us.

Yeah I definitly think that once you see it on your checks and stuff it's easier to understand. I did not understand it at all until I made DM and then EDM.
