What characteristic/qualities do you look for when recruiting people?
Is it best to recruit people that have the same or similiar goals as you?

I look for someone who is calling me! I want someone who wants this for themselves as much as I do! I don't believe in trying to 'convince' people that Arbonne is the right opp for them. I like them to convince me that Arbonne is right for them!

Isign everyone but I will meet them were they are. If they want to build a business ok..I will match their efforts. Thats me. I am sure lots of people do this sort of thing. It isn't about convincing like LMichelle said. I so agree. If this is right for them great.
