I thought Arbonne had a guarantee that the order would be processed and shipped in 3 business days. I placed my order a week ago and it still has not left their distribution center. Getting me a little discouraged. If there is a guarantee then if it takes longer than three days to process what do you receive? Credit on Shipping or something else???

It is holding me up here in my start month. It is almost half over and I have no product to display at partys or business aids. Having to cancel some.

No shipping guarantee that I know of, but you should call Arbonne and explain that you are concerned. From what I understand, there was a computer problem and they completely lost record of some orders. For peace of mind, call and make sure your order still exists.

They are building an east coastdistribution center, so that everyone will get their order in 2 days.

Hi chtwins,

Yes it is frustrating for us as well as Arbonne. We all love the products & want them as fast as we can get them. Typically they are very good about getting things packed & shipped. However, there are so many people joining & placing orders that they are having to adjust for the tidal wave. (I don't think anyone knew just how big that wave was going to be!)They have hired extra staff for more shifts & what not to help with this as well as have other things in the works. On top of that they converted their computer system to a new & improved one to help serve all of us better. It had to be done & there probably never would've been a good time to do it. But I think getting it in before the holiday rush was pretty important.

And you are right about the 3 day guarantee. However, before they started the conversion Arbonne let us know ahead of time what was going to happen & that we were going to have a delay in our regular shipping process because of that. They have several disclaimers about it when you go online to order as well. So I think that disclaimer overrides the normal shipping guarantee if you go ahead & order.Sorry, I know that doesn't help you right now. smileys/smiley6.gifIt is very important to home office to get us what we need as fast as we need it. They are trying to get things out as fast as possible. I'm waiting on some products as well & keep having to remind myself of all of this. Personally, I'd hate to be at home office right now dealing with all this b/c it must be crazy stressful! smileys/smiley29.gif

Please don't let it discourage you. I promise this is temporary & not the norm! Maybe you can borrow from your upline until your order gets here?

If you ordered a week ago it's coming. They implemented a new system last week so they stopped shipping order for a week or so. You should receive it soon. Please don't get this discourage. This is an excellent opportunity for you :)

My upline always tell us that the only loser at Arbonne is the person who quits before ever really giving it a try!
