A lady signs up on the 6th, she wants to sign up for autoshipso she gets the extra 20% for 2 figure 8 sets a month. She wants it to start as soon as possible and get the free product. But we have to wait until her ID number is assigned and then turn in the form. It says if it is not 14 days before the ship date it will go into effect the next month. The choices being 10 and 20 it's already to late for it to go out in Aug.If she turns in the form in August but they hold it until Sep 10 does this knot her out of the free start month product? She wants the lift.Is there anythingI can do to work it a different way to get her free product?

Did you know you can sign her up online? That works instantly.



In your situation, I would simply add her stuff to my own Autoship
order so she gets the extra 20% off and give the Autoship product to
her.



In the future, signing people up online is a much better way to do it.

I did sign her up online Saturday. She doesn't show up on my stats page yet. My autoship comes out on the 10th, tomorrow, isn't it to late to add to it? And how would I get paid for it? She was going to put it on a credit card.

She should still be able to place an order, or you can place it for her. I'm not sure what the deadlines are for autoship... anyone know?

It's too late for the 10th. You need to do it 7-10 days in advance.



Did you have the info from Arbonne sent to her email address? If
so, she should have it by now. I usually send it to myself and
then change the email address in her profile.



Call her and see if she has received her ID# and PIN. If not, she
can call Arbonne about it. Did you put an order under her number
to sign her up? I guess I am confused as to where you are in the
process. In any case, if you can get together with her ASAP and
call Arbonne together, you should be able to get it all worked out.

She ordered a sea salt or bath salts, can't remember, with the consultant agreement. At the party she filled in the paper forms for the agreement with the salts order and an autoship agreement with the ID# blank.She wanted to know if they would combine the shipping. Then after the party I enteredher info for the consultantonline and called and asked about the autoship. They saidwe would have to wait for her number.This is my first time so I probably messed up telling her about the free product. But the autoship is over $100 so I was thinking it would qualify. But now it looks like it won't count until Sep. I was hoping I could put in her number and fax the form in for her.Would it not show her ID on my downline stats?

I had to call Arbonne to get my ID. It still has never come through. Come to think of it, neither has my ship notification. I know they have the right one, I originally signed up from an email my sponsor sent when she registered me. Guess I'll go double check it.
