I have
just heard of Arbonne. Thinking seriously about becoming consultant. I
would like to know if someone could give me an example of how fast you
could grow. I
believe I could sign up 4 people for consultants within a week. I need
to understand how the system works. If they signed up maybe 4 each is
that a good start. As far as I know there is no one in my area selling
Arbonne. I have read on their website the Summary and
qualifications and I am not sure I understand this at all. Can someone
help me out?

You can grow really fast or it could not go as fast. It just really
depends on how hard you work it and if you have the right business
builders. Our team's focus is to find 4 business builders and teach
those 4 to find 4 business builders. So if that is the way you do it,
you should be able to grow your team well.

Hi The business works well if you want to create residual income. This is how I am building my biz. I have found 3 friends to commit to the biz 9seriously) in turn I will help them to finfd 4 friends to work with and so on. This is what creates residual income for yourself. We are also in a state that is not saturated (great for us) and we are trying to support eachother. I have been actively working my biz part time since Dec 2004. I am at District Manger level so far. I have team members in other states - so if you would like my help and support I would love to help you out:)

Hi Deborah. I have been with Arbonne since Nov 04 and loving it. You have to take one step at a time when looking at the compensation plan or promotions, otherwise it becomes overwhelming. The main thing is to duplication, you are taught how to build your business and then you teach 3-4 others the same thing, never change the wheel. Arbonne is a great company, one that is debt free, their compensation plan is like no other and there are no minimum sales or orders. Arbonne does not encourage you to fill your garage with product, just order what you need. I order products that I can use and them share them at my classes. Le t me know if I can help you. Now is the time to be a part of this company as it is not yet a household name.
